 Developed from high carbon steel, offered wires have 0.76 mm to 10 mm thickness range. Carbon content in such wires is 0.15.  Their tolerance level is 1%. Dimension of these wires ranges between 0.5 mm to 11 mm. Maximum tensile strength of such steel wires is 2200 MPA.  These wires have been developed as per global norms to meet specific application needs. Latest cutting and bending technology has been followed to maintain design precision of such wires. Based on application needs, these are offered with cold drawn, bright and matt finished surface. These are basically used for designing ornaments, clothing accessories and wire mesh. Chemical composition of such wires is 19% Cr, 1% Si, 0.03% S and 0.15 % C. Offered wires are acknowledged for their anti fatigue quality, non magnetic nature, burr free design and high strength. Hardness of these wires can be adjusted. Standard of these products has been checked on the basis of their thickness, durability, dimension, longevity, composition, processing method, tensile strength etc. These are offered in different surface finishing to suit exact application needs.
